Pokémon has been part of growing up for three decades of fans, and the statues on our shelves show it: fiery Charizards, the legendary beasts of Johto, the gods of Sinnoh and the whole Eevee family in one scene. If you are thinking about your first big Pokémon display piece, or adding to a collection, here are five that are in stock now, what each one shows, and who it suits.
Charizard Fire-Blast Display Figure
The classic. The Charizard Fire-Blast Display Figure (₹2,500) shows Charizard diving downward with its wings spread and jaws open mid fire-breath, wrapped in translucent flame effects on a sculpted flame-and-rock base. It is a PVC figure with a hand-painted finish and comes boxed. If you only buy one Pokémon piece, the orange original is hard to beat.
Mega Charizard X Fire-Blast Display Figure
The Mega Charizard X Fire-Blast Display Figure (₹2,500) is the dark counterpart: a black body with blue wing membranes and pale horns, in the same diving pose through flame effects on a matching base. On their own, either one is a strong shelf piece. Side by side, the orange and black versions make a pair that looks like it was planned that way, because it was.
Pokémon Legendary Beasts & Ho-Oh Diorama Statue
For fans of the Johto games, the Pokémon Legendary Beasts & Ho-Oh Diorama Statue (₹13,000) puts all four legends in one scene: Ho-Oh above a burning pagoda, with Suicune, Raikou and Entei leaping across a flame-lit mountainside base. It is a diorama rather than a single figure, so it reads as one story moment and works best with a bit of space around it.
Pokémon Eevee Evolution Family Statue
Eevee fans usually have a favourite evolution and a strong opinion about it. The Pokémon Eevee Evolution Family Statue (₹12,000) settles that argument by including the family together in a nature scene, with a tree, flowers and a waterfall on the base. It is a softer, more colourful piece than the battle statues, which makes it a good fit for a desk, a bedroom shelf or a gift.
Pokémon Legendary Gods Battle PVC Statue
At the other end of the mood scale, the Pokémon Legendary Gods Battle PVC Statue (₹12,000) brings Arceus, Dialga, Palkia and Giratina together on one wide base, with translucent energy effects around them. It is a centrepiece for collectors who love the mythology side of Pokémon, and it has the scale to anchor a whole shelf.
How to choose
- Starting out or buying a gift: one of the Charizard figures. Both are ₹2,500 and easy to display anywhere.
- Want a matching pair: both Charizards together.
- Want one big statement piece: the Legendary Beasts diorama or the Legendary Gods Battle statue.
- Want something bright and cheerful: the Eevee Evolution Family statue.
All five have translucent or detailed effect parts, so keep them out of direct sunlight and lift them by the base. Our guide to displaying and caring for figures covers the rest.
Frequently asked questions
Are these figures or toys?
They are display pieces. The Charizard figures are PVC with a hand-painted finish on sculpted bases, and the larger statues are full scenes built for a shelf, not for play.
Which piece is best for a first Pokémon collection?
The Charizard Fire-Blast figure. It is the most recognisable Pokémon of all, it sits at an easy price, and the Mega Charizard X version is there when you want to make it a pair.
Can I see them before buying?
