Prices are in INR (Rs), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Minor colour or packaging variation may occur. We may correct pricing errors and change prices or availability without notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline (stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud). Confirmation is sent by WhatsApp or email.

4. Payments

We accept online prepaid payments (UPI, cards, etc. via our gateway) and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Card details are not stored.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Character and brand names are used only to describe products and belong to their owners. Site content is Baka Store’s property.

8. Acceptable Use

No unlawful use, unauthorised access, or interference with the site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses; maximum liability is the amount paid for the order.
