Shipping Policy

At Baka Store, we work hard to get your anime collectibles to you quickly, safely, and with full tracking. This policy explains how shipping works.

Dispatch Time

Most in-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 12–24 hours of order confirmation. Made-to-order, pre-order, or 3D-printed items may take longer — the expected timeline is shown on the product page or confirmed over WhatsApp.

Delivery Time

We ship across India through trusted courier partners (Xpressbees, Ekart, Delhivery and others). Typical delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro pincodes may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 are charged a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may carry a small additional handling fee shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible products and pincodes. For some orders we may request a small advance/partial prepayment to confirm the order and reduce failed deliveries — this is adjusted against your total.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, regional restrictions, or public holidays. If your order is delayed beyond the expected window, contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refused COD delivery may be re-shipped at an additional shipping charge.
