2. Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
We display products and colours as accurately as possible; minor variations may occur due to lighting, screens, or batch differences.
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and offer a replacement or full refund of that item.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel and refund an order due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.

4. Payments

We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. Online payments are processed securely; we do not store your card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, charges and tracking are covered in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by location and courier.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. In summary: replacement (or refund where replacement is not possible) is offered only for wrong-product deliveries, verified against our pre-dispatch packing video. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content — logos, text and original product photography — is the property of Baka Store and may not be copied without permission. Designs inspired by popular franchises are fan/collectible merchandise; all referenced trademarks and characters belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Baka Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
